Textile Roller
JIUH SHU manufactures textile rollers for spinning and yarn processing machinery, including bottom rollers, calender rolls, and other precision textile roller components, supporting fiber control across multiple production stages. These textile rollers move, stretch, and control fibers as they are processed into yarn. In the early stages, drawing rollers guide loose fibers and keep their tension stable. Combing rollers then remove short fibers and impurities to improve fiber alignment. Roving rollers prepare the fiber strand for spinning. Drafting rollers and bottom rollers are used across the roving and spinning stages to stretch the strand and gradually reduce its thickness before final yarn formation. In fabric finishing processes, calender rollers apply pressure to smooth or texture fabric surfaces.
