Textile Spindles

JIUH SHU manufactures textile spindles and spindle shafts for spinning and yarn processing machinery. These components rotate yarn packages and transmit drive power within the spinning system. Yarn twist and tension are formed during rotation, so spindle stability directly affects yarn consistency. To ensure this stability, we control concentricity within 0.02mm through high-precision CNC turning and milling, maintaining accurate rotational alignment at high speed. Manufactured from heat-treated S45C steel with nickel-plated or polished chrome-plated surfaces, the components resist wear and corrosion during continuous operation. They are widely used in drawing, combing, spinning, twisting, and textile equipment retrofit projects.
